    At the heart of Karma Wellness is healing through the body — including Healing Rooms, massages, facials, and private body scrubs. Each offering is designed to help the body reset, restore, and regulate.

    Karma Wellness is a place to return to again and again — for recovery, care, and a sense of belonging.

  • Healing Rooms are guided self-care environments that support the body through heat, cold, minerals, light, and quiet space. Each room offers a different benefit, and guests choose how they move through them based on what their body needs that day.

    Guests may use as many or as few rooms as they’d like during their visit.

  • The Healing Center is a shared space for rest, reflection, and connection.

    Guests may:

    • Participate in guided experiences such as sound healing or mindfulness sessions

    Guests are welcome to simply be here — no additional appointment required during their visit.

  • On your first visit, you’ll receive a brief orientation so you feel comfortable and confident in the space.

    If you have body treatments scheduled, you’ll receive a personalized Experience Journey Card outlining:

    • When to check in

    • When your treatments begin

    • How to move through the Healing Rooms around your services

    Our team is always available to support you throughout your visit.

  • No. Single visits and packages are available.

    Memberships are designed for guests who want consistent access and added value.

  • Membership benefits vary by tier and may include:

    • Increased monthly Healing Room hours

    • Discounts on massage, body treatments, and facials

    Access to 20-minute guided wellness sessions included with membership

  • Memberships include access to 20-minute guided wellness sessions, sometimes referred to as membership sessions or mini wellness experiences.

    These sessions may include sound healing, breathwork, mindfulness, or other guided practices led by massage, healing, or mindfulness practitioners. They are designed to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and reset.

    Sessions are scheduled regularly and listed on the Karma Wellness calendar of events. Members may attend based on availability during their visit.

  • Yes. Karma Wellness offers curated workshops and special events.

    Guests may submit workshop ideas through our website. Approved offerings are reviewed by our director and added to the official calendar of events.

  • Guests are welcome to wear comfortable clothing. You’ll be given the option to wear:

    • Karma Wellness logo shorts and shirt
      or

    • Your own comfortable clothing with a Karma Wellness logo layer provided

    For wet areas (such as steam, jacuzzi, or cold plunge — coming soon), staff will guide you on appropriate attire.

  • Yes. Karma Wellness logo apparel and amenities are provided during your visit.

  • All private body treatments are conducted in a respectful, professional setting.

    Guests may choose to remain partially dressed or fully undressed based on personal comfort. Guests will be fully covered at all times with a towel, and only the area being treated will be exposed. Comfort, privacy, and boundaries are always respected.

  • Yes. Massage, body scrubs, and facials may be added to a Healing Room experience. Many guests enjoy combining both for deeper relaxation and recovery.

  • Guests are fully guided. Between the orientation, Experience Journey Card, and staff support, guests will always know where to go and what’s next — without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

  • Yes. Memberships may be canceled according to the terms of the selected plan. All details are reviewed before enrollment so expectations are clear.
