Terms & Conditions 


Welcome to Karma Wellness. These Terms & Conditions govern all appointments, services, memberships, and purchases made with Karma Wellness. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or receiving treatments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.


Business Information

Karma Wellness operates in the State of California. For questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, please contact our front desk directly. 


Appointment Booking & Payment Policy 

  • A valid credit card is required to book online appointments in order to reserve your appointment time

  • Providing a credit card does not mean payment is collected in advance. Clients are still required to check out at the front desk after services are rendered, unless otherwise stated 

  • Prices, services, and availability are subject to change without notice 


Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

  • We kindly request that any appointment cancellations or changes be made at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time

  • Appointments canceled less than three (3) hours before the scheduled time, or failure to show up for an appointment, will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost to the credit card on file

  • This policy applies to individual appointments and reserved services 


Autopay / ACH Memberships 

  • Clients enrolled in ACH autopay memberships are responsible for managing their accounts

  • Clients must cancel prior to their next scheduled charge date to avoid additional billing 

  • No refunds will be issued for charges processed due to late cancellation, failure to cancel on time, or forgotten cancellations, except where required by California law


Large Party Booking Policy (3 or More Guests) 

  • For large parties of three (3) or more, a credit card is required to reserve the appointment 

  • If the entire party cancels less than three (3) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time or no-shows, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the total cost for all services booked 

  • It is acceptable if some guests in the party are unable to attend, as long as the entire party does not cancel less than three (3) hours or no-show


Refund Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by California law

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or unused services 


Wellness Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability 

  • All services provided by Karma Wellness are for relaxation and general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition 

  • Results vary from person to person and no specific outcomes are guaranteed

  • To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Karma Wellness shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage beyond the cost of the service provided 


Client Health Responsibility 

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, allergies, or other health concerns prior to receiving services 

  • Karma Wellness is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed or incomplete health information 


Minors

  • Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian

  • A parent or legal guardian may be required to be present during services, in accordance with California regulations 


Non-Discrimination Policy 

  • Karma Wellness provides services in compliance with the California Unruh Civil Rights Act

  • We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability, medical condition, ancestry, or national origin


Refusal of Service 

  • Karma Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who behaves inappropriately, violates spa policies, or poses a safety or comfort risk to staff or other clients 

  • Any refusal of service will be handled in compliance with California law 


Lost or Personal Items 

  • Karma Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises 


Force Majeure 

  • Karma Wellness shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays or service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, illness, government orders, or other emergencies 

Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or receiving treatments at Karma Wellness, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California

Policy Updates

  • Karma Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time

  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms
