This is a curated, in-house experience created by our own team because we believe our staff have expertise, passions and interests that are meaningful and genuinely created with you in mind.

Each journey is designed specifically for this space to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience something you can’t get anywhere else.

There are numerous guided journeys to choose from such as guided meditation, body awareness, room-to-room immersive experiences and emotional reflection to promote nervous system regulation.
